Exclamation Iwouma works out for the clowns !

According to a snipet from the Post Gazette

    • Former Steelers cornerback and special-teams ace Chidi Iwuoma worked out for the Cleveland Browns on Tuesday.
The clowns don't deserve a player like Chidi, he's way too good for those bat rastards !

Does anyone know why we let him go to begin with? It's not like our ST's couldn't use his help.

Yeah I know, Ive been saying it that way for years, just something goofy I do.

I thought for sure we'd bring him back too, especially since Ben is healing up so quickly. I mean the guy is a big part of why our ST have been so good the last several years. There's gotta be a roster spot for him somewhere !

NOOOOOOO!!!! I was really hoping the Steelers would bring him back

I think he (Chidi) was let go to make room for St. Pierre when Ben went down with his surgery.

It doesn't make any sense to me what-so-ever! The Steelers FO have had me the last 2 weeks. I completely understand needing to pick up a 3rd QB, but to let a ST player go that was involved in practically every ST play... doesn't make sense! I thought for sure they would have brought him back after the dismal ST perfomrance the Steelers put on during the Dolphins game...

Same here AZ. Not sure why they didn't. And if Ben is back they can let that 3rd QB (St. Pierre) go. If not him then one of the other slackers on ST's!

i understand why they let him go, he's only on the field for special teams, and we already dedicated a couple roster spots to ST aces. i hope one of our reserves is able to step up and fill his shoes.

If he gets signed by Cleveland, I am not going to be a happy camper. This was a boneheaded move by the front office to let Chidi go. He will really bolster the Browns return team. He could very well be as good as Eric Metcalf was for them. Oh the thought!!! DAMN.
