    Arrow Lotteries

    I have changed the lotteries to weekly and monthly. The jackpots have also been raised.

    weekly - 10pts per ticket (max 10). Jackpot starts at 2500.

    monthly - 20pts per ticket (max 20). Jackpot starts at 10000.

    Both pots go up as members purchase tickets.
