these turned out great!!! the only thing i did different is i add a little bit of my own garlic season and instead of swiss i used mozzerolla. my wife isn't a big cheese person and she loved them. thanks again for the recipe!
We made these with much anticipation, and our own twist for the first time last night... They were good, but came out a lil dry (cook error) and no human could prepare his/her mouth for the molten cheese that their palette will soon encounter.
Overall, I would like to try it again but without the second degree burn to my mouth. I should have taken your warning more seriously.
I think I'm limited to mashed potatoes and ice cream for the next week...
