I hope he makes it too. Just keep him away from Starks Just because a guy wasn't drafted doesn't mean theres a lot of stuff wrong with him. Just the fact that this guy played for a smaller school scares off a lot of scouts. Theres a lot of things that could happen to make scouts not want this guy, that doesn't necessarily mean he won't make it. We wanted him, so thats all that matters, we seen something in him to make us pick him up.

If you don’t stand behind our troops.....Please feel free to stand in front of them!!!

I think he has a chance...if you're a big LT and are atheltic, you'll have a chance in this league....especially since we dont really have a back-up at LT.

We have Trai Essex.Ok I know what you're saying. In my opinion we don't have a true LT period. I have always thought Marvel Smith was better suited for RT the position he originally played when coming into the NFL. He is solid but not a great LT at all.

You really think so, K-train? We are about to find out in Latrobe. If I had points, I would bet on Essex failing.

Fair enough, he may turn out to be pretty good ( I alwayss thought of him as soft) but Capizzi may be too.

Really since Essex rarely has played in his three years do we know he is soft. I'm not expecting him to be great but it would be nice if Essex can show he can maybe start oneday or be a solid backup.lol
