The first offer included LB Al Wilson and the Broncos' first-round pick. The second offer involved the Broncos' first-, second- and third-round picks in the 2007 NFL Draft, as well as their first-round pick in the 2008 NFL Draft

The Broncos have a hard on for Calvin Johnson. Not that I blame them. The guy is going to be a great player and he would give Cutler a nice weapon.

If I were Mike Shanahan I would not waste too much money on this guy. I know he's a freak of Nature, but I think have weapons for Cutler and they have other needs like LB.

Everyone is getting a crush on Calvin Johnson but doing something like that proposed Broncos idea is way too much a risk for one player who has yet to play in the NFL.

I agree, thinking about trading all that for one guy, even though he is a freak of nature is absurd. Besides hes not exempt from being a bust either.

Moreso, he's not exempt from being injured.

Detroit would be dumb to turn this down. Could you imagine if this does happen. Then on draft day, Oakland pulls the rug out and drafts Johnson?

Shanahan wants Adrian Peterson not Calvin Johnson. They traded Tatum Bell for a reason and was not to go out and get a WR when they have Javon Walker Rod Smith and Brandon Marshall and if they did do this and selected CJ I would laugh for a long time

Any running back in the Bronco system is a good (borderline great) running back, putting someone like AP in there would be a very scary situation for opposing teams. You would then have to key on stopping the run, and then Cutler and crew would destroy you down the field.
