    Meatloaf

    2lb ground beeef
    1 onion chopped into bits
    1 egg
    1/4 cup of bread crumbs
    2 tablespoons Worcester sauce
    3 tablespoons cajun spice
    1/4 cup of franks hot sauce
    3 slices of bacon on top

    350 oven for 90 minutes.

    Everything I make is hot. I love spicy food, and go through hot sauce like water. The recipe is still good if you take out the hot sauce and cajun spices or cut back on them.

    There are so many variations on meatloaf, TG. Someone I know grew up with it being the dreaded meal. His Mom apparently was a really bad cook. Meatloaf meant sticking a lump of burger in the oven with salt on it and cooking it until it was shoe leather! lol! He couldn't believe it when he tasted mine. I use a sauce with ketsup, spicy mustard and brown sugar on the top. It became a most requested.
