My own recipe is a bit closer to FCG's than yours Philly (I use a blend of ketchup, tomato sauce, and brown sugar) but like you, I always use bacon to pretty much cover the top. I had never heard of anyone else using it, so that's cool

that is a lot like mine, but I also have a little dried mustard on the top...never tried the bacon thing, but I might give it a try sometime. Well, I tried it with the bacon and all and it was great...never used bacon on meatloaf before...but it was good...I even took some out to Pyscho and him and the guys he work with loved it...
