    Hamburger surprise

Not sure if anyone else has seen or tasted a dish like this but i created it (at least i say i did as i had not seen it anywhere else before) one night when we did not have much to eat at home.

    Ingredients:
Hamburger meat (as much as you need to feed your family)
    Pork n Beans
    Onion
    BBQ sauce
    Brown sugar

Brown and crumble hamburger meat and drain grease.

Pour pork n beans over the meat, add chopped onion, BBQ sauce and brown sugar to taste.

    Simmer til hot.

Serve over bread or just on the side

    Makes a quick dish.

It is really good--we've been havin it at cookouts for years, we call it hamburg with beans though.
We never saw an actual recipe for it either, but my mom and I have always liked to experiment.

My mom uses BBQ sauce (and sometimes a bit of vinegar or mustard).
I prefer to use ketchup instead of BBQ sauce, but the rest of the ingredients are exactly as okie said.

You could even throw some shredded cheddar on top of that to melt a bit PW--that would taste awesome!
