I believe in Tomlin and all he is doing so far is more than what Cowher would do. I am in total confidence with Tomlin, he will do whatever it takes to succeed and win as the Head Coach of the Steelers. He is going to bring us glory believe me.

there is alot of pressure on Tomlin to succeed. i cant wait to see how he does. he really strikes me as a motivator, and i really like what i have seen out of him so far. bringon the season.

Im anxious to see how Tomlin's tactics to motivate the players differs from Cowhers. Bill had the pulse of the team and knew the right buttons to push at just the right time with his players; it will take Tomlin some time to figure that out with this current group and the draftees coming so Im interested to see what route he takes in the motivation dept.

in time, maybe not right away, but in time, his pulse will be the pulse of the team. i remeber when Cowher became coach, and i was jsut a younbg girl, my dad could not understand how cowher could be what the teams needs. and my mom told him that in time he would be. mommy was right, and i am sticking to the theory.
