    R. Williams to be reinstated??

    Armando Salguero, of the Miami Herald, reports Miami Dolphins RB Ricky Williams is optimistic and excited about the upcoming 2007 season. ''Ricky is in the best shape of his life,'' agent Leigh Steinberg said Monday, March 26. ``He's passed all of his drug tests, and he's at a place where he's ready to come back to the Dolphins.'' Williams is expected to be reinstated and make a return to the NFL in April. He is reportedly healthy, drug free, and working on a book.

    C'mon you guys, no offseason would be complete without news about Ricky.
