    Photo Shop

    I'm assuming that is what most of you artists use. However isn't that program kinda pricey? Where could you get your hands on PS for the least money?

    I got my version at 50% off through the tecnical institute I attended. I think you had to be a student to get the discount.

    Watch ebay, you can find fully legit. PS programs on there for less money sometimes.
