I'm pumped for Pitt football this year. I have season tickets once again and there are going to be some good teams playing here. Anything will be an improvement over last year's nightmare.

:: Whoa, where the hell was I for 2 years?::
Last year sucked for Pitt. I thought they would have done alot better.

I love how everyone in Pittsburgh is always like "oh, this guy sucks, get rid of him" without thinking of who will replace him, and then they do replace him, and the new guy is worse. I'm talking of course, about Walt Harris and Dave Wannastedt. Why is it Pitt thought an NFL failure would be a good replacement for the guy who took a terrible program and made it respectable?
I thought Harris left for a better job (or one he wanted)? I never heard much about people wanted him fired. But then again I'm up in Maine.
I heard alot of people complaining that Harris couldn't get Pitt to the next level and compete for a national championship.
Well he ended up getting his dream job at Stanford but there was some complaining that may have led to him quitting anyways.

OK, thanks for clearing that up for me. Just look how long it took Cowher to get to the next level......lol
Yeah, and there were people who said we should get rid of Cowher too, before he won the Super Bowl. Now those same people are worried about him retiring. Lol.
Pitt will be anywhere from 3-9 to 5-7. maybe .500 But nothing better. If I had to predict the schedule for Pitt It would probably go like this
9.2 Virginia-L(The Cavs play in the Toughest Football Conference in the Nation next to the Big Ten and it will have enough to beat pitt
9.8 @Cinicinnati-W(The Bearcats don't wow me this year)
9.16 Michigan State-L(Michigan State has the sour taste of bowl-less season that will motivate them in this won)
9.23 The Citadel-W(They lose to the Citadel, Spring Practices are underway September 24th)
9.30 Toledo-W(Same as The Citadel)
10.7 @Syracuse-W(Big Easts Weakest Team)
10.13 @Central Florida-L(Upset special)
10.21 Rutgers-L(The Scarlett Knights are continuing the rise from the dead)
11.4 South Florida-W(South Florida is in a good position at home)
11.11 @Uconn-L(Uconn is tough to beat at home)
11.16 WVU-L(WVU will be unbeaten and very untouchable)
11.25 Louisville-L(Louisville will crash the Senior Day Party)
