Should the Steelers ever change uniforms ?

Id like to see the switch back to the block numbers.. and I wouldn't mind seeing an alternate uni once in a while..

Like an all black jersey/pants.. with yellow stripes, white numbers. No logo changes or color changes, but maybe a simple alternate uni. Even maybe white/white road unis.

I voted subtle changes.

I always make alternate unis in Madden for them, lol. Tradition is good and I'm all for it, but some change is good.

I think we should have block numbers on the helmets and uniforms--looks "tougher". Rounded numbers look...less intense.

i'm a huge steeler fan, but the bolts powder blue jerseys are the BEST football jerseys ever! not even a contest in my book. the next closest would be the cowboys thanksgiving day jerseys. steelers jerseys are fine and dandy, but nothing special. i would hate it if they did a complete makeover. i agree we need an anlternate jersey. something real cool though. not just bright ass yellow/gold. maybe yellow body, black sleeves, black numbers and no steelers logo. like old school throwback sorta with new flavor. they could also wear just totally black helmets with that! that would be hot and probably intimitading too.

The pants and jerseys should stay the same but I always liked the Gold Helmet from the early 60's.

I would never want the Gold Helmet to be permanent but maybe break it out once or twice a season???
A more metallic golden color with a smaller Steelers logo on both sides of the helmet would look good and be distinctive as well.
