I don't care if they bring it in at all. It's where they are putting them that I don't like. They don't have to be right next to Heinz Field. It can be a block down the road or two.

Yeah, let's build all this stuff and have no where for anybody to park. That's a great idea. That new parking garage isn't going to hold enough cars.

You're right there isn't going to be anyplace to park, that luxury left with 3RS. The whole deal to build the new stadiums was the ability to develop in between Heinz Field and PNC.

BTW there are a lot of other places to park for the game too.

tailgating as many of us know it now will definitely be a thing of the past. We will be encouraged to not tailgate, as we currrently know it. This whole thing has been on the drawing board for a few years that I know of.

There are plenty of places to tailgate other than the parking area around Heinz. I usually tailgate on the other side of the river when I go to games, and then ride the Clipper over.

They could never fit enough tailgaters over there. I think the day when they stop tailgating is the day I am done going to the games. Tailgating is part of the atmospere of the game.

Dom!~ You have a huge tailgate EVERY week and are kind enough to invite all of out -of-towners who would otherwise have no where to go!

BTW a new hotel is supposed to break ground within the next few weeks, across the street from PNC Park and next to the Springfield Suites.

Yeah, that's my point, I enjoy the tailgating experience, like I said, that is part of the game. All of this construction doesn't have to be next to both stadiums. And tailgate a couple of miles away from the stadium? Tailgating around the stadium is the Atmosphere. If ya take that away, we might as well tailgate in my front yard and just watch the game on a big Screen.
