Steelers Difference Maker

ESPN is doing a part each day on SportsCenter about every team's "difference maker" which basically means the player that means the most to the team. So who do you think our's is? And tomorrow we'll find out what the "experts" (hah, yeah right) of ESPN think.

Remember that this is not necessarily our best player but the one who matters the most.

I went with Roethlisberger, especially if he can run the no huddle offense effectively.

I went with Ben as well. Offense wouldn't be the same with Batch in there.

i put ben, without him the offense pretty much sucks complete ass. ward isn't as good without him, well that's probably cause aside from ben we got scrubs for qbs. willie is better cause of ben. on defense porter is replaceable, maybe not leadership but his production can be replaced. troy is great but isn't what makes the defense

if maddox was still with us, i'd put him, cause he is the biggest difference maker for the opponent. if it wasn't for him the jags might not have got into the playoffs lol. and the ravens wouldn't have won as many games as they did lol

I'll say its a toss up between Ben and Troy. I like Troy because he's the best safety in the league right now, he brings the wood everytime, he plays smart, good attitude, big hitter, fast and has good recovery speed. I'd shutter to think what our secondary would be like without him back there.

Ben is a good choice too for obvious reasons... 2 years as a starting QB and he's won more games then he's lost, 2 playoff appearances and a SB ring, what more can you ask for
