PISTACHIO PUDDING CAKE

1 box white cake mix
1 box pistachio instant pudding
1 c. club soda
3 eggs
1 c. oil


TOPPING:

1 box pistachio instant pudding
1 c. cold milk
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased pan. Bake at 350 until done, 30 to 45 minutes.
Mix pistachio pudding and milk together until thick. Then add Cool Whip. Ice cake and refrigerate.

This is the BEST cake ever-- and I do not eat cake.. I make it anytime, not jsut for St Patty's day..But it is appropiate for this time of year.. So, thought I would share...... YUMMMY
