    Clam Dip

    1 block of cream cheese
    1 can of chopped or minced clams (your preference)
    Worstershire sauce
    garlic powder
    ---------------------------------------
    Drain clams and save juice

    Blend Clams and cream cheese add clam juice until desired consistency, add small amount of worstershire sauce and garlic powder to taste.

    Lyn it is-- It used to be a regular in my house.. Until I had to start worrrying abut my weight.. But before that, It was made every Friday night, and munched on throught he weekend, always in the fridge for company to stop by and munch too.. Now, It only gets made on special occasions..

    I love clams but I have to depend upon local restaurants having a seafood buffet. You are in Maine so are they readily available to you or no more so than to me?

    Yeh, but for this I just use the canned ones in the grocery store by teh tuna.. So, easy to make anywhere..
