    Taco Dip

    1 block of cream cheese
    1 container of Sour cream
    1 jar of Salsa
    1 bag of MExican cheese
Blend Cream Cheese and Sour cream and spread on teh botton of a quiche dish or pie plate, top with Salsa and then Cheese.. Simple and Delish.

As, you can imagine you can really elaborate on this, depending on who you are making it for. I use the basic recipe above for crowds of mixed taste. But If I knwo I am making it for non picky eaters, I add layers of black bean dip, guacamole, black olives onions ect.. The choices are unlimited.

Always a HIt... Imade it for work today.. It was GONE before lunch!
