    Lions trade Bly

The Detroit Lions have just traded Dre Bly to the Denver Broncos for Tatum Bell, George Foster and a 5th round draft pick. I think this is a fair trade for both teams. Detriot obviously had bigger needs at Gaurd and RB. My only question now is: What becomes of Kevin jones? They took a chance on him in the first round a couple of years ago and he has been a bit of a disappointment. Now in Denver, Tatum Bell was up and down at best. They have another RB in Mike Bell who came on strong as an undrafted rookie freeagent. I can see now Denver's need at CB so, once again I think it it is a fair trade that will help both teams. I think most mock drafts might now have Brady Quinn going to Detroit, which I think will happen now that the Lions just upgraded their line.

With the way Shanahan loves his 15 RB starting rotation the Broncos are still going to need a RB. They just lost Damien Nash who they picked up last year and they got the other Bell after that they ain't got a whole lot of depth at RB. It sure helped both teams though with the Lions getting a big help at RB, especially with Jones being hurt and his future uncertain.

I just thought I would be kind and "honest"
But I agree they NEVER draft good. Don't be suprised if they take Calvin Johnson.
But, Seriously I do think they will draft Quinn.........

lol Johnson would probably be there best pick ever, to bad Millen already played his WR cards because that city would kill him if he got another one.....they'll get Joe Thomas to open up holes for Tatum bell

    Not so fast!!

Supposedly Dre Bly wants a new deal from the Broncos and the Redskins have expressed interest in offering him a big contract.

When will the Redskins(Dan Snyder)ever learn??
