    Taco Salada (great for picnics)

2 green peppers cut into small peices
2 tomatos cut into small peices
    2 bags of shredded lettuce
2 bags of shredded cheddar cheese
    2 pounds of ground beef
    2 packs of taco seasoning
    2 bags of doritos
2 bottels of catalina french dressing

brown the meat following the taco seasoning instructions. I usaully wait until right before i am about to leave to mix everything together. open the bag of dortios to get the air out and then hold it closed and crunch them up. mix everything up and add the dressing make sure everything gets wet and don't be shy with it the dressing is what makes it! i usually add one bottle and the rest to taste!

This sounds interesting...never heard of it. But you should have thought about taking out the green pepper before you posted it on this site!!!

I have made this several times as well. I prefer it with the Catalina dressing, but I make one with Ranch too; it seems to be a hit as well...

It sounds odd, but really is worth trying..YUMMY

I leave out the Green Peppers
