2 packages (8oz each) cream cheese ,softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
dash each of cloves and nutmeg
1/2 cup of pumpkin
1 ready to eat graham cracker pie crust
mix cream cheese, sugar and vinilla with electric mixer (medium speeed) until well blended. add egg; mix in above mixture until well blended. stir pumpkin,cinnamon and nutmeg into 1 cup of the above batter. pour remaining batter in pie crust. top batter in pie crust with one cup of pumpkin batter mixture. bake 350 degrees 35-40 minutes, until center almost set. cool. refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. top with whipped cream.
