    Artichoke cheese dip

    1 lb mozzarela cheese, shredded
    1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    1 red pepper, seeded and finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced





    put all ingredients in a crock pot on high for about an hour makes enough for about 15 people!

    OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, I definitely got to try this. Try Swiss ontop of the Mozzarela, mmmmmm. You got some awesome recipes, buddy.

    thanks it is easy as hell i made it for one of the steelers games i had the family over it was a big hit!!!

    I would LOVE this! Do you serve this with bread, crackers, veggies?????

    we actually used tortilla chips but any of the above would work
