1 Med onion, minced
1 Clove minced garlic
2 tbsp Butter
1 can chopped green chilies
1 lb velveeta cheese
1 5.33 can evaporated milk

Saute onion and garlic in butter in large heavy saucepan. Add chilies and cook for 3 minutes. Add cheese and milk. Stir constantly until cheese melts. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
