The Panthers? No receivers and a limping QB.... The Browns are scarier.

Panthers have a few more than "no" wrs.

Benjamin, Cotchery, Olsen, Dickson, Underwood, Mcnutt

Not the flashiest group, but can certainly be productive.

Please stop, don't be an idiot by comparing the Browns to the Panthers. The Panthers are a legit team last time I checked and made the Playoffs as the Steelers just watched.

Maybe you forgot we lost to the Vikes and the Raiders last season also, which neither team had offense or defense. So yes, they can possibly lose to the Panthers.

I swear i watched the ghost of Unitas in both those games. If you look at it that way, we could go 1-7 real easy then too.

What? The Browns have less than zero receivers and Hoyer/rookie as a QB.

The hyperbole around here is delightful lol. Sure, Matt Cassel had a decent game with like 240 yards and 2 TDs, but he was nothing special and certainly not the reason we lost that game. But Terrelle Pryor, oh man, what an AMAZING game he had. I mean, sure, he had a long TD run on the first play of the game, but his best was yet to come. A grand total of 88 passing yards, on 10/19 passing, with 0 TDs and 2 INTs. Incredible.

The fact of the matter is we lost to the Vikings, Raiders, and Dolphins last year (when our play-off lives were on the line, in cold weather no less). We were manhandled by the Patriots. Yes, I believe we will be a better team this year, but the facts are the facts. We lost to inferior teams and were ill-prepared many times over the past few seasons.
