More evidence: Steelers were in disarray last year.

I thought it was obvious, even though some fans are still in denial over this. And this is a real black mark on Ben as a leader. If he were a legit leader, the locker room wouldn't fall apart like this.

Art ruined the locker room when he went over Tomlin's head and fired Arians and hired his buddy's boy.

    Turned Tomlin into a puppet.

No one wants to work with Haley. Montgomery and Kugler left the first chance they could. Wallace did also.

    They won't be the last.

Art went over Tomlin's head? Do you understand how stupid that sounds?

Yeah, Wallace left because he didn't want to work with Haley. Had nothing to do with the 60 million dollars they offered him versus the 0 dollars the Steelers offered.

Kugler left for a head coaching positon and Ed Bouchette believes Montgomery was forced out because of the drops from the WR corps last year.

    Un****ingreal.

I'm sure Leonard Pope because he wanted an unemployment check. And Willie Colon asked to be released because he wanted to play for the Jets. And Harrison asked to be cut because he wanted to lose 10 million to play for the Bengals.

    It's the truth.

    Tomlin wanted Arians back.

Tomlin told Arians he was coming back.

Tomlin told his assistants that Arians was coming back.

Arians leaves for his off season home, and THEN Art fires him.

    100 percent FACT!

Proof? Tomlin told the media he was coming back, but you don't tell the media first that your oc is gone, you tell your oc first.

"I felt it was time for a change"

    -Art Rooney II

He also did a sit down interview with KDKA with ONE stipulation: No questions on who fired Bruce Arians.

If he didn't do it, why avoid the question?

Yes I heard that quote. Its really out of context and could easily be taken as a support statement for what Tomlin did. Tomlin wouldn't tolerate being forced to fire staff, its his staff and he could find a hc job somewhere else

IMO that day is coming. Don't think for a minute that Tomlin doesn't know that Dan Rooney ordered Chuck Noll to demote Tony Dungy, who then quit.

Noll was irate, and he was <> close to walking himself before he calmed down and changed his mind.

Art got away with it once, he won't the second time IMO.
