Eifert would be a Steeler if Colbert, Tomlin and the front office did not miss on both Worilds and Sylvester. Now we have to figure out how to cover Eifert for the next decade. Ugghhhh

They missed on Sylvester? A 5th round pick who turned into a very good special teams player is missing? Not to mention the fact that he doesn't even play the same position as Worilds and Jones.
And for the love of god can we please stop acting like Eifert is the greatest player to ever come into the league. Jesus. He's a good player but everyone is acting like they just drafted Jesus Christ himself.
Eifert??
You guys act like this kid is Gronkowski or something. Let's get this clear..Gronkowski is who he is in large part because of Brady.
Eifert doesn't have Tom Brady throwing to him. LOL. Also, who said that Eifert is going to be that good anyway???
The Bengals wasted a pick on a TE. You don't take a TE in the first round unless your a team at the bottom of the first round (meaning a playoff team).
The Bengals needed a cornerback, linebacker and a RB. Those would have been difference maker picks. But they took a TE. Hahahahaha. That was a break for us.
The Steeler way...is the only way.
The Bengals were a fake playoff team. They are boring, with no real offense other then Green. They needed a difference maker WR on the other side of Green to take those double teams away.
Dalton is not Tom Brady. Therefore they need to surround him with difference maker players. And Eifert isn't a difference maker because Dalton is so limited and the run game is pathetic. To me, they would have done much more for themselves by taking Lacey or the WR Tompkins (that the Texans took)

We are a boring offensive team that went 8-8.
We are a team that had it's O-line wiped out by injury and the QB was hurt too.
The Steeler way...is the only way.
You don't pick TE or RB in the first round unless they are EXTREMELY special players.
Unless your just absolutely stacked at every position (49ers), you don't take a TE at all in the first round. That's my personal philosophy.
