The Steelers should have every shot at undrafted free agent running backs even if they do draft one. Undrafted running backs will be looking at where they have a chance to make a team and be knocking on the Steelers front office door.

That being said, we need a guy with Pedigree in rounds 2 or 3, or sign Bradshaw.

    Evaluations of Redman and Dwyer

I wouldn't mind seeing Franklin or Bell paired up with Bradshaw. Could be a nice 1 2 punch.

I've been on the Lattimore wagon now for months, I hope we draft him in the 3rd, trade up if we nail our first 2 picks.

I would think Jonathan Franklin would be the guy in rd 2. If not, go with Stepfan Taylor from Stanford in rd 3 or 4. Powerful, has good receiving ability and can pass block on 3rd. He was asked to do this all year for Stanford. 1,530 yds and 13 TDs this year. Get rid of Dwyer for Taylor or Franklin.

Maybe you meant Dwyer? Even if Dwyer was in shape, I don't know that he is a 1200 yard rusher. I would love to see Dwyer (and Woodley) come in to camp in great shape this year and compete for the starting RB job, though I doubt that will happen.

Maybe Dwyers 3500 yard college career wore him out... or he just got old from 20 - 22

or maybe are OL sucks and he cant get anywhere???? when the OL was close to solid he looked pretty good.

Mike Adams getting hurt really hurt our overall run game. Beachum was a good pass blocker, but he wasn't near as good as Adams blocking for the run. Redman and Dwyer are not terrible, but they aren't starting RB's. I would like to see Franklin drafted in the 2nd round.
I saw that Charlie Casserly on the NFL network has us taking Eddie Lacey in the first round.
