What strikes me is how much the poor combine and pro day have impacted Damontre Moore. The guy was projected around the five spot prior to the combine. This is not a "mock draft" per se, designed to predict where he will be picked, but that is a huge fall.

Mayock never had him ranked that high though. He always said 20-32 was where he belonged but since this draft lacks the elite talent at the top he was pushed up. He said the same about Bjoern Werner.

He also has Lacy at 18 but he'd certainly be a reach at 17.

I can't wait until the draft. But we are definitely not taking a TE with the # 17 pick.
The Steeler way...is the only way.

I hate to drink the mayock kool aid, but I am on board with the D.J. Hayden hype. Ike is getting old so I would be totally pumped if he was our pick.

I see that CBS Sports has us taking Bjoern Werner the DE from FSU. But Mayock has him listed as a 4-3 DE only. He doesn't have the size to be a 3-4 DE according to Mayock.

I've heard on "The Fan" that the Steelers really like the last guy on the list, the RB Franklin from UCLA. He could be a great pick up in the 2nd or 3rd round.
