    Patterson made the jump from JuCo (practically HS football) to the toughest conference in in the FBS (SEC), seemlessly. That's a big adaptation and not only did he adapt but he made defenders look silly in the process. Obviously the jump to the NFL is different. I'm not saying they are the sane situations... But he has shown the ability to adapt to a faster and more complex game.
