Floyd and Richardson have no business even being on their board.

Star would likely be costly...but we'd be set on the dline for a long time. I would hate Hankins, Jenkins, or J. Williams in the first. Brandon Williams would be a much better investment in round 3. I do think Taamu, Woods, and Fangupu could handle NT this year and possibly even a good one emerge, but the 2 million does sound kinda good...not like Mcclendon is a star player by any means

McClendon just goes out and quietly does his job and a good one at that, I think he's a monster in the making.

I'd be totally bummed if we lost him to the Packers.
The Steeler way...is the only way.

If another team wants to overpay for him, the worst thing you could do is match it.

The Pittsburgh Steelers have signed restricted free agent nose tackle Steve McLendon to a three-year contract, the team announced today.

McLendon originally signed with the Steelers as an undrafted rookie free agent out of Troy University on April 27, 2009. He has played in 37 career games and one career postseason contest.

McLendon saw action in all 16 games during the 2012 season, recording a career-high two sacks and forcing his first career fumble.
