Heres who atlanta is looking at and why?

NFL offenses need a dynamic tight end these days to keep defenses honest. Tony Gonzalez is close to the end and drafting his replacement would be ideal -- especially given Eifert's unique skill set.

Our Miller isnt even playing and getting old... We need a starter.
Jordan Reed could be there in the 3rd. Vance McDonald 3-4. Also, the Falcons are drafting 30th. There's a big difference between drafting at 17 and drafting at 30... Eifert is a reach at 17, plain and simple.

Are Reed and McDonald playing Week 1?

Eifert and Ertz would and kill in the redzone. Both could be gone by the 30th pick...

Im all in for Cooper, Eifert, Vaccarro... at #17 They would start week 1... That makes them not a reach to me.

Jones was in town yesterday... I hope they did an MRI again and checked him out.
He would be a reach to me. he just may not play long in the nfl.

With the Steelers draft history, ANY OLB "prospect" is a reach in Round One.

First of all, Vaccaro wouldnt start week 1. Secondly, whether you like it or not, the coaching staff likes Paulson and I'm willing to bet he's the week 1 starter. But yes, Reed and McDonald could start week 1.

disagree....mingo, jordan, and jones are all meant to play 34 OLB...they would be dynamic additions. Settling for a guy like John Simon is my biggest fear, not that i dont like him but hes solid, but we have solid...they need impact performers

If jones's neck can survive the beating. He would be great. Mingo could be there at 17.

Well that depends on Troy and Clark making out of preseason without a pulled freaking muscle or something.
