“It’s not going to be over-officiated,” Fisher said. “The key thing here is you can deliver a blow with shoulder, with face, with hairline. It’s just deliberately striking with the crown, the top of the helmet.”

It's good to be back!
I'd like to blow torch his 80's porn stash off!
Fisher and Kurt Warner.
Warner has been working as hard as Goodall at pussifying this game.
The Steeler way...is the only way.
Soon they'll pass a rule that will allow this goon to wear his Kango on the sidelines!Attachment 1379
"The beginning of the end" is a little dramatic. Like it or not, they are trying to make the game as safe as possible for everyone involved. The NFL is not going anywhere. You'll still watch the Steelers every Sunday, and so will I. And millions of others will watch their favorite team every Sunday.

Can't really judge the ruling until we see how the officiating plays out. They consider the crown of the helmet to be just that...the top of the helmet. Backs can still hit with the shoulder, face mask or "hairline" of the helmet. I'm not going to start buying canned goods yet...I'll wait to see how it plays out first...
