    How could anyone not like this move . Foster graded out just ahead of Starks making him our second best lineman last year.

    its a good deal, even if he's only a swing back up

    I bet they pushed a lot of that base salary into the last year, so that if he doesn't end up a starter, in year 3 they can cut him, and only take 300k in dead space

    year 2 1.2 + 300k = 1.5 cap
    year 3 3.0 + 300k = 3.3 cap

    year 1 1.1 + 300k = 1.4 cap
    year 2 2.0 + 300k = 2.3 cap
