I think 17 is too high for him since I think the Steelers could trade back in the first round a few spots and acquire some extra picks then draft Lacy.........

No need to grab a RB in the first round. Plenty of mid-round talent at this position if Lacy isn't there in the second. Ellington of Clemson could be on Haley's radar.
