Nothing changes... Still BPA. Too many holes to fill regardless...

Your right..because we still needed to take two LB's anyway. It is now more apparrent then ever.
We are not getting any pressure on the opposing QB..no push at the QB from the NT position. And you say just take BPA available when we have virtually no line-backing????
Every QB will be back in the pocket knitting baby booties if we don't fix the linebacker posiitons.
The Steeler way...is the only way.
Of the top 3 picks, 2 should be LBs. I agree, a lot of holes to fill in one draft.
if Womack, Cooper, Allen or Patterson are there, your going to pass on them just to take a LB... I dont think so.

Exactly. You do not reach for a linebacker just because you need one.
So, if Jones, Jordan, Mingo, et al. are off the board, who do you take? Reaching for a linebacker is idiotic. Not only do you not fill your need (a stud LB), you miss out on a possible great player (all that Zach named). You screw two positions.
BTW, Damontre Moore had another poorer than expected effort at his pro day. http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/b...rong-in-drills
Patterson is a project player. He needs a lot of work. Allen I do like.
But these WR are nothing to write home to momma about. Yeah...I'm passing on them. And I like the talent our O-line already has. Don't get me wrong, I like Womack but there is an abundant of talent and picks already invested in the O-line.
What would you rather us do? Take LB's in the later rounds?
The Steeler way...is the only way.
Again..the LB corps is in a horrible position right now. We have to adequately fix that corps.
The Steeler way...is the only way.
Again, of the top 3 picks, 2 have to be LB or else we dabble in FA. Currently we have:
Harrison - Gone
Timmons - The lone bright spot
Woodley - Can he stay healthy? Is he under 280 lbs.?
Foote - UFA - But probably will be back. Even so, serviceable at best. 32 or 33 years old?
Worilds - Jury is out, but my hunch is serviceable at best. Doesn't seem to have the Steeler LB lineage
Carter - Unknown quantity, can't make the club if you are in the tub
Sylvester - Please, not even a good ST player
Johnson - Bengal cast-off
Spence - Sorry to report career could be in jeopardy due to knee injury
Yes, I guess you are right, LB is not a concern
