    Mendenhall is a lazy choice

And the last message I want to send to the team is that putting yourself before the team, during the season, is both acceptable... and rewarded with a new contract.

I would be absolutely shocked if he was re-signed.

they better have big plans for RB in the draft then...im not talking verron haynes, noah herron, cedric humes, frank summers, baron batch or amos z....they need to really address the position with a player who can carry the load or at least most of it

Draft Lacy or go after DeAngelo Williams. However, look at the back the Redskins got in the 6th round last year.

I would draft Lacy and still sign Williams or Jackson.

Then I would add Ray Graham as a 3rd down back.

Let Mendy go, dump Redman, dump Baron Batch, dump Will Johnson. Keep Dwyer.

Art II wants them to run? Then take the RB position seriously as well.

I would dump Dwyer and keep Redman. Redman is a very good situational and change of pace back. Starter, no. Third down or goal line back, yes.

Dwyer is better than Redman. Quick feet, decent speed.

He's also revved up the conditioning this off season. A RB taking pilates classes? Wow!

Dwyer will have to prove he can come in to camp in shape and stay in shape. He is 22 years old. He don't get his weight in check in 2 years he is going to look like LenDale White or Refrigerator Perry.

So we should draft 2 backs in the first 4 rounds and sign a high priced free agent like dwill or sjax? That doesn't sound a little crazy to anyone else? If you draft lacy he starts every down and the rb problem is solved. What would be the point of paying sjax or dwill a couple million when we just used a 1st or 2nd round pick on a starting back. That's not even mentioning the fact that you said we should draft Graham as well who I've seen mocked as high as the second round. Not trying to argue with you here just not sure I understand this situation you speak of.
