50 yd line, 17 points, 4th quarter something, excuse, excuse, afraid

I'm not even talking about Ben....I'm not questioning Joe Flacco being elite...see this is what I ****ing mean you're as bad as the ****ing Ben homers when it comes to defending Joe Flacco....Its just going to be ****ing interesting to see Flacco next year as the champ.....Its tough to repeat as Super Bowl champion.....If he doesn't it doesn't mean he isn't ****ing elite....Christ almighty....lol
It's hard to give an MVP trophy to a player whose impact on the game was non existent until the final drive
170 yds... and zero tds before that drive.
holmes catch, was more valuable than roethlisberger... no brainer.
they were losing that game in the final minutes because Ben did almost nothing for 3.5 quarters

Oh crap, I guess I have to be the one to bring some clarity again. Why do I always have to clean up after the knuckleheads?
FLINGING FLACCO GOT GOOD ALL OF THE SUDDEN BECAUSE JIM CALDWELL GOT HIRED TO RUN THE OFFENSE.
THATS CALDWELL AS IN "THROW THE BALL DOWN THE FIELD PEYTON" CALDWELL.
CALDWELL IS A DEEP PASS OC. WHEN YOU THROW DEEP, GOOD THINGS HAPPEN.
OF COURSE, BEN CAN'T THROW DEEP, SO YOU ALL DON'T SEE THAT EVERY WEEK. SO YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT A DEEP BALL.
Ben didn't have a hand in driving the Steelers down early in that Super Bowl for a quick 10-0 lead?....Gary Russell got the ****ing glory for his 1 yard TD run......This post by you is so ridiculous....The Steelers had the game in control and there was no need really to risk the game with that legendary LeBeau defense and the playing calling on offense did reflect that..........But the defense did almost blow the game.....Took a magical drive by Ben to pull the game out....No different then Eli's drive in Super Bowl XLII against the Pats......Eli didn't have much of an impact in that game until late....

A few thoughts:
1 - Hats off to the Ravens. They won it, they earned it.
2 - Lewis is now gone and probably Ed Reed. And Baltimore gets the last pick in the draft rounds with the proviso for trades. Parity will be ugly to Baltimore.
3 - San Francisco feels like we did after Super Bowl XXX. The first Sb loss hurts VERY much. Oh yeah, we still have 6. Pass the salt.
4 - Watching the NFL adds about "Evolution" makes me wonder about the future of this great game. I seriously wonder how enthusiatic some of who love professional football will feel about the sport in 5-10 years.

Ben's pick came off a deflected pass...Wasn't like it was a bad decision by Roethlisberger.......By the way Eli did have an INT in Super Bowl XLII...I also never mentioned Super Bowl XLVI.....you said Ben didn't have an impact through 3.5 quarters in Super Bowl XLIII and I just pointed out that Eli really didn't have much of an impact in Super Bowl XLII until late just like Ben....look at their stat lines from those games and both games are very similar.......Ben 21/30 for 256 yards with 1 TD and an INT off a deflected pass.....Eli 19/34 for 255 yards with 2 TD's and an INT.....But Gary Russell got the glory with his 1 yard TD run early in Super Bowl XLIII but Ben was masterful on that drive.......But there is a difference according to you...lol If Eli deserved MVP honors in Super XLII then Ben deserved MVP just as much in Super Bowl XLIII......I really don't care that Holmes was MVP since he had a case...In my opinion Ben and Holmes should have been co-MVPs....Holmes really didn't have an impact until late in that game as well.....That is the point you made against Ben...lol
