Flacco has a big arm, and has demonstrated growth in his throwing repertoire. He's never going to be mobile, and in today's NFL that will always be a hinderance. But for the type of QB that he is (a true pocket passer), his skill set has evolved to "elite" status IMO. And his performance in the playoffs the last 2 years solidifies that.
I dont think he'll win the super bowl, i think san fran will win... and that won't keep me from mentioning him in the conversation of the best QBs in the game right now (it's a big list, and we can argue about who is better than who, but Flacco is now in the conversation... simple as that)
