In a restructure, the player doesn't lose any money. They just convert salary to signing bonus and spread that out over the remaining years of the contract. The player walks out of that restructure with a very large check.

Anyone remember last week when Art Rooney II tried to sugar coat the Steelers' season and insisted they were as good as the other playoff teams?

Now Colbert comes in and basically says that's a bunch of bullshit (indirectly of course). He acknowledged that this team sucked, that talent was lacking in certain areas, and that there is nothing to be pleased with about going 8-8.

Yo, Art II - **** off and let Colbert be in charge of football operations. Pittsburgh doesn't want a Jerry Jones.

Colbert is selling it because his *** is under a microscope now. hahahahaha. Told you guys that not making the playoffs is going to put pressure on Colbert and Tomlin now. And they need to be pressured to do better.
The Steeler way...is the only way.

Colbert's comments about being mesmerized about the teams success really ticks me off....What an idiot really and comments like that just proves that Colbert/Tomlin are feeling to comfortable with their job security.......This better be the best draft in Steelers history....lol
