This isn't ideal, but shouldn't affect them too much.

Brutal! Reminds me of the Pens travel plans during the snow storm!

I think they flew from Montreal to Newark than bused to DC. That's a 3-1/2 bus trip on a good day.
It's a very short flight, 4;00 game so it shouldn't be an issue. But I guess that it does knock them off their pregame routines somewhat. The Giants have probably been more off their routine this week with the way NYC and Jersey got slammed.

Don't like this at all.
The Steeler way...is the only way.
If you get jetlag after a 1 hour flight then there is something wrong with you..LOL.
Seriously though, after flying even for a short period of time you tend to be a little sluggish for awhile so it'll be interesting to see how they play early in the game. I wouldn't be surprised to see them be off in the first quarter until they get into the flow of the game.
It's about 35 minutes in the air. They go straight from bus to the plane and plane to bus, no terminals ect. From the airport to the stadium is about 12 miles. Today's NFL has crazy schedules with Thursday games, Saturday games, games in Europe. I really think it's a non factor.

Personally i think they should have moved the game to a mutual location. Like Philly or someplace like that. That whole area is a complete mess. Hoping the issues will effect the giants more, most of there players have been without power all week. But both teams are pros, we'll see. We're gonna findout alot about the Steelers with this game. (aka 2004 vs miami).
Cleveland Browns suck!
