Red face Marcus Gilbert....One man wrecking ball against us!

First he rolls up on Decastro leg and takes him out. Last night he rolls up on Pouncey's leg and takes him out. Then the bum gets hurt and he's out. This guy is one big f*ck up this season.

This whole team is a disaster, I don't care who's injured.

Well, it's official, I have now entered into protest mode. I will still watch them but have zero expectations. They need a lot of work. Ben is not getting any younger and the day is not far away he won't be as effective by just 'Being Ben'. The guy is elite for doing what he has done with what he has had but damn, give this guy an OL that is a beast and a D!

If this is really the nor, now, playing up or down to who we play..I dunno. I am going to go and watch replays of Joe Biden on TV to feel better.

Gilbert can't get out of his own way let alone hurting our own guys. This guy is a weak
scared rabbit out there for such a huge dude. Adams has me wondering too, good god!
Bring up Lee,can't be any worse then these two schleps. All I can see is Gilberts big
dumb "duh" look on the sideline and that says it all. Kugler will be hitting the bottle hard!!!!

I question our O-line coaching philosophies and the conditioning of these lineman as well.

I've said that a few times on previous podcasts. Are these guys conditioned well enough. So many nagging injuries

Everyone says that we can't blame this person, we can't blame that person. Who do you blame injuries on? I know it's part of the NFL, but I can't ever remember a team having as many injuries as the Steelers have had the last few years. Is it conditioning? The trainers? I don't know, it's not a rhetorical question, I'm looking for an answer.

Who is the trainer? And how long has he been with the team? And I wonder what the training and conditioning concepts, philosophies, and routines are? I have heard these things addressed continually, but I have never seen any insight as to these things on the board. Does anybody know?

they're very soft, especially Gilbert. Trying to be realistic here, and not overreact, but boy did they sh*t the bed last night.

    Kugler, time to go.

I've been saying since last year that there's no way you can tell me this is all just dumb luck on the offensive line with injuries. I don't know if it's conditioning or the techniques being tought but there is no way you get hurt this often, every single year without making some type of change.
