No. It was a 4 game not 4 week suspension.

Apparently Saunders and the Steelers both thought it was 4 weeks, but the NFL says it's 4 games, so yeah he'll be eligible to come back the day after the Eagles game.
I'm not convinced it's Pope, they like him as an option in the jumbo short yardage package they have, although I wouldn't be shocked if it was him. Hasn't done much since he got here.
I would have thought Paulson would be the obvious choice but he did pretty well in camp and preseason.
David Paulson is probably the one who gets cut and sent down to the practice squad.
