Exclamation Roethlisberger and Haley had their first "incident" in week 1

Nothing was made about it and Big Ben did a good job of keeping it under wraps, but Ed Bouchette tweeted out this morning that Big Ben and Todd Haley had their first incident on the sidelines during the Denver game. No significant details were given other than Ben told Ron Cook of the PG that "I walked away, I'll leave it at that. I walked away".

The camera's didn't catch it, that I can recall but if you were looking for something to happen, it did. Even if it wasn't an epic blowup.

Haley has to realize this is Ben's team or I should say Ben's offense...........I swear if the Steelers come out pounding the rock again today I'm going to lose it........The running game has been so successful so far.....lol

I've seen Ben look over a few times and shake his head or wave his hand. Whatever, this is what Ben needed to get to the next level IMO!

I guess it depends on who's tape they watch, do they watch Reggie Bush breaking free all day long or do they watch the Raiders beat up secondary? LOL

Maybe we need CBS to have a Haley Watch camera on him all day long just for this.

I think is a much to do about nothing type of incident. I look for Ben under Haley's system to continue to get better and better as the weeks move forward. I agree though Haley has to let Ben be Ben at times and understand that he isnt just going to change the way he has always played which is what has made him very successful in the 9 years he has played QB for the Steelers. 3 Super Bowl appearances and 2 Super Bowl wins dont lie...

this team has completed it's transition to pass first.

throw the ball, I don't mind starting the run to set up the pass.

but we should **** he raiders in the *** today, hopefully not a trap game

This is nothing, dont worry about it. Coaches and players have there differences at times.

Of course they are going to have differences. If it was up to Ben the entire game would be no huddle and he'd call every play. I agree with Latrobe this is what Ben needed to take it to the next level.

The media must be banging their heads against the table for missing it. They had quite the obsession with this all offseason.
