JJ should be #2 he actually can run and pass. When he had a few seconds to look around he was good.

i thought adams showed some balls by going out there even with not much practice, a bum knee, and coming off a pretty horrible game. at least he isnt being a pussy about it, hes working towards getting where he needs to be
Our DBs looked pretty awful, even the first string. They pretty much allowed Luck to throw down the middle as he wished, which is something that I guess we haven't improved on in the offseason. They showed some gaping holes throughout the game that I hope LeBeau gets to fixin.
you guess they havent improved? based on that? the super simple coverage schemes they were running like they always do in the preseason. As far as scheming the preseason doesnt indicate much, but most of all with the defensive backfield
I agree he got heart but heart don't help with pass protection. I really hope the best for Adams, all's I'm saying he has a lot to learn before he takes the starting LT job.

The Steeler D absolutely had NO pass rush on Luck...shades of last season....Hood and Heywood just haven't stepped up ....YET....Woodley got to the QB once and almost whiffed on that one even though he was UNTOUCHED......Luck picked the "D" apart over the middle....Safeties responsibility.....neither TP43 or RC25 showed they can any longer cover the middle.....I have been optimistic and realize it is only the Pre-season....BUT......much improvement needed.....As for Adams......he is falling fast on my scale......Slow feet are very apparent even though he did run block well....DD66 looks to be the real deal, especially on the run...when he pulls he looks like a snorting Raging Bull...lol......I am still optimistic about this team...just not as much so as I once was......
Pass Rush is a huge concern. Just haven't seen much of it. That secondary will get torched if this is the pass rush we see in the regular season.
The Steeler way...is the only way.
