For those interested, Ed Bouchette points out that since the injury was season ending they can't reduce his salary so he'll get the full 1.26 million this season and go on IR with the Steelers unless someone picks him up. Had the injury been less than a year they could have worked out an injury settlement if they chose.

I'd be shocked if somebody picked him up honestly.
