    Your Area of Concern

Outside of the "Wallace Watch." What do you think is the biggest area of concern?

Mine is the depth at OLB...
Im just not sold on Worilds, Carter looked promising but didnt finish the year.

That vet Brandon Johnson i dont remember is he inside or outside?

So what do you think is the biggest area of concern?

Where do I start? I don't have a biggest area of concern, but these are the things that concern me.

    Safety
    Cornerback
    Linebacker
    Unproven offensive line
    Running back
    New offense

How much does potential outweigh concern is a good question too. Potentially you can say this team has Super Bowl written all over it but every area of potential could be the area that keeps us from that goal.

Offensive line simply because it's been so mediocre for so long that even with all the new faces I stay concerned about them being healthy all year long.

Middle linebacker. Timmons will be fine but how effective will Foote be in week 13 as opposed to week 1? If he does struggle keeping up then will Sylvester be ready?

Outside linebacker: Depth is a huge concern. I'm not convinced Worilds is the answer either. After last season one of the future high draft picks must be on the outside.

Place kicker: Suisham scares me outside of 40 yds every time and there's little competition on the roster right now for him.

    Kicking game, without question.

Depth at LB, S and CB and how well the new OL will gel.

My biggest area of concern: game day munchies. The oline is of least concern we've been mediocre for so long anything at all is an improvement. I can't believe they didn't address the kicking game,I have zero faith in Suisham,OLB is a true concern?

I really think we'll be fine at cornerback and safety.

The OL hasn't played together. It should be much improved, but until they start putting games under their belt and stay healthy, IMO, it's a concern.

OLB, yes, it's a concern. Harrison didn't have a great year last year. He did have surgery the previous off-season, so he wasn't able to prepare as usual. But he did miss games and he's 34. Worlids isn't the answer, so there's no depth behind the starters.

CB/S again, the concern is lack of depth. I think Ryan Mundy is a decent enough back up, but if Troy goes out, or Ike goes out we're screwed. Also, Troy is 31, has had more concussions than he admits to, and missed time every year. Ike is 32, and while he's an excellent CB, he's only one guy. Lewis and Allen and Brown look decent enough, but are any really the stud we need?

Mainly my concern is about the health of Harrison, Troy and Ike, because the drop off from them to the next guy is tremendous.

My areas are DL (sacks dropped off last season) and the kicking. I'm baffled on why they don't seriously address the kicker issue.
The Steeler way...is the only way.
