Nice chart.

However, I think since 2009, the NFC has been stronger than the AFC.

NFC is way more inconsistent though.

Good post. But every year there are surprises. These predictions seem to be heavily biased towards past performance. As we all know, every year there are teams who exceed expectations, and others that fail to live up to them. Cleveland has some very solid talent. I do not expect them to be the worst team in the league. Projection of Steelers beating Pats in Div. round of playoffs....has that ever happened. Well, there's a first time for everything. I would not be shocked if Steelers continue to struggle somewhat on offense. I do not think 3 teams from AFC North will make playoffs. Maybe 3 this yr. from AFC East.
