The Steeler way...is the only way.
Maybe Matt Moore gets cut from the Dolphins later.

Most teams would KILL to have backup QBs as skilled and accomplished as Batch and Leftwich. Of course Dixon gets credit for one of those wins, but how can you criticize 3-1 against the Falcons, Bucs, Titans, and Ravens when Ben was suspended in 2010? They run the offense, do not turn the ball over too much, and let the D put them in good situations, about as much as you should expect from backup QBs.
The only negative I see is that with both on the roster you are not developing any young talent, which probably is not necessary at Ben's age.
To get a true read on who Johnson is, a fan will have to go back and look a tape from the 2009 Texas A&M season. When viewing tape on the 6-5, 253-pound quarterback, it is easy to see how the shoulder injury affected him. In fact, he went from an All-Conference selection and fast riser as junior to playing in only seven games as a senior after undergoing shoulder surgery in March 2010.
he wasnt overrated, he was a 5th round pick. he was a great college football QB, no one expected his transition to the pros to be smooth.
hes a lot like a young charlie batch, shorter, throws a nice ball and can manage the game. kinda wish they would have given him a camp full of reps
