TOP is usually never a problem last year but like black@gold forever32 said, finishing off drives was the big problem. The redzone scoring percentage was barely 51% in 2011. That is just flat out unacceptable.
Having an offensive line that can sustain blocks without getting called for holding or false starts will go a long way towards that.
It wouldn't have hurt to have had a defense that made more plays on the ball too. More turnovers.
The Steeler way...is the only way.
