When is the last time you could say that? LOL. For the last decade they've been calling us old. To our credit you go to 3 super bowls with that old team is pretty damn good. We all knew this time was coming though, out with the old and in with the new. The good thing is that there is still a good solid group of veterans who have played in multiple super bowls and have that experience in big games.
if your playing up to speed and in shape who cares how old you are...
our old guys were slowing down they are retired now. simple.

I have to admit if Ward ,Smith, and Hoke played this year it would have been a disaster i'm confident that the young guys can do the job . The Rooney's never embarrass themselves .Too me there is only 3 question marks albiet big question marks .ILB,O-LINE, AND NT
Don't forget that the old guys were getting season ending injuries left ,right and center
The "standard" is the standard! ... next up!
My friends list is absolutely empty
We have a solid crew of 30-33 year olds... Harrison and Hampton are 34
But look at the ravens they have some old wood too.
Boldin, Anquan 31
Cundiff, Billy 32
McKinnie, Bryant 32
Kemoeatu, Maake 33
Reed, Ed 33
Ayanbadejo, Brendon 35
Birk, Matt 35
Lewis, Ray 37
We still have our playmakers....Ben, Troy, Antonio Brown, Woodley, Harrison, etc....getting younger on the lines, adding speed to the backfield, and getting the younger guys in the secondary some playing time is nothing but a good thing IMO..........
I love ESPN bill polian said that the Steelers don't have the personel to improve the running game meaning the backs
